No. The EMS Gua Sha does not use a vibration function.

Instead, it delivers gentle EMS electrical pulses through the contact surface. Depending on the intensity setting and the product applied to your skin, you may notice a light tingling or pulsing sensation during use.

This is different from mechanical vibration.

Yes. The EMS Gua Sha is designed to be used with a compatible water-based serum or conductive gel to provide comfortable glide and good contact with the skin.

Where should I avoid using the device?

Do not use the EMS Gua Sha:

• On broken, infected, irritated or inflamed skin.
  
• Over open wounds or actively inflamed acne.
  
• Directly over the eyes or eyeballs.
  
• On the front of the neck, throat or larynx.
  
• Across the chest or heart area.
  
• Over any area where your doctor or healthcare professional has advised you to avoid electrical stimulation.
  

When using the tool around the eye contour, follow the instructions provided in the user guide. If using it purely as a traditional manual gua sha in this area, keep the electronic functions switched off and never apply the tool directly to the eye itself.

Can I use the EMS Gua Sha after Botox or cosmetic injections?

Do not use EMS directly over an area that has recently been treated with Botox, fillers or another injectable cosmetic treatment.

As a precaution, we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks after Botox before using EMS over the treated area. Always check with the doctor or qualified practitioner who performed your treatment before restarting use. If your practitioner recommends waiting longer, follow their advice.
