Place the selected wrap on a flat surface with the soft side facing up. Apply castor oil to the centre while avoiding the edges, position the wrap on clean skin and adjust until comfortably secure. The wraps are reusable. Follow the care instructions supplied with your set and allow wraps to dry completely before storing. Keep oil and accessories stored as directed on their packaging.
