Follow these steps to quickly place an order:
- Select the desired item.
- Select the correct color and size (if applicable).
- Click the 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now' button.
- You will see the item added to your cart via the cart icon.
- You can checkout as a guest, log in to your account, continue shopping, or go to the cart to view your selected items.
- Ready to order? Follow the steps in the checkout process and fill in the required information.
- Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and we will prepare your order for shipment.
- You can also save items for later by adding them to your wish list. Simply click the heart icon next to the product.

You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it, provided it hasn't already been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@kawsarbeauty.com . Please clearly include your order number in the email.
Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible after this period, as processing has already begun. Therefore, please check your order carefully before completing it.

If your order is already in transit, you can return it within the return period after receipt. Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

If you're having trouble placing an order, try refreshing the site first. On your phone, do this by briefly pulling the page down with your thumb. If you still have questions afterward, please contact our customer service.

- Click 'Checkout or Place Order' at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your email address, details and address.
- Select your preferred shipping method.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Click on 'Pay' or 'Place Order'.
- You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.

Shipping is free to the Netherlands and Belgium for all orders over €30, and to most other countries for orders over €50! 🚚✨
Shipping costs to other European countries, the United Kingdom, the US, and Canada are calculated and displayed during checkout, depending on the shipping method you choose. We offer several options so you can receive your order within a timeframe that suits your needs and budget. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CET will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible and process them within 24 hours of placing them.
Netherlands & Belgium:
If you place an order before 6:00 PM, it will usually be processed the same day and delivered within 1-2 business days. In rare cases, delays may occur due to the carrier, but you will always be kept informed.
Germany and Luxembourg:
1-3 business days
Other European countries & United Kingdom:
2-5 working days
United States and Canada:
3-10 business days
During certain seasons and discount periods, delivery times may be longer due to carrier workloads, such as around the holidays. While this is beyond our control and we are not responsible for it, we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with a PostNL, DHL, UPS, or DPD Track & Trace code. From this email, you can track your package and see the expected delivery time.
